Port Stakeholders Summit:
Advancing More Sustainable Ports

April 8, 2014
Hilton Baltimore
Baltimore, MD

EPA’s lead office for transportation and air quality (OTAQ) is convening a National Port Stakeholders Summit. The “Advancing More Sustainable Ports” Summit brings together leaders from industry, government, community groups and others with a shared interest in promoting healthy air in and around our nation’s ports – gateways to the global market. The goal of the Summit is to advance strategies that support more sustainable, cleaner and efficient ports. The Summit, which will draw upon EPA’s recent three-part National Conversation on Ports, offers participants a dynamic mix of workshops, panels and presentations about innovative port-related practices, incentives and technologies. Participants will engage with other professionals, experts and stakeholders to share expertise, ideas and actions that address the many opportunities and challenges faced by our nation’s ports, the businesses they serve, and neighboring communities. Please plan to join us on April 8th, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland for this information-packed event.
