2015 Ozone Final SRR and 2008 ozone DAAD proposal

The final 2015 ozone NAAQS SIP requirements rule was signed by the Administrator late yesterday. Below is information about an overview webinar that we have scheduled for November 20. The pre-publication version of the rule and the fact sheet can be found here.

The 2008 ozone NAAQS Moderate areas determinations of attainment by the attainment date (DAAD) proposal was also signed yesterday by the Assistant Administrator. The pre-publication version of the proposed DAAD action and the fact sheet can be found here

Description:  On November 7, 2018, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued final requirements for implementing the 2015 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for ozone in areas that are designated nonattainment for these standards. This final rule addresses a range of nonattainment area and Ozone Transport Region state implementation plan (SIP) requirements. They apply to state, local and tribal air agencies developing SIPs that outline how nonattainment areas will meet and maintain the ozone standards established in 2015.

Logistics: You will listen to the audio via your computer.  We highly recommend running a connection test on your system before logging into the webinar to ensure that the proper add-ins are enabled and the audio is working properly: http://admin.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm
