On July 13, 2020, EPA proposed to retain, without changes, the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for ozone. The proposal is scheduled to be published in tomorrow’s Federal Register (FR), which begins a 45-day public comment period. In addition, virtual public hearings will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020, and Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
